Morgan is an empathetic, adaptable leader and our firm’s founder and top executive. Along with leading our talented team and panel of advisors, he guides the firm’s vision and business strategies, and shepherds the transformative initiatives we offer clients.

Morgan's professional experience includes serving as director of Washington’s Centers of Occupational Health & Education (COHE) program for over a decade. He has over 25 years of experience leading large-scale, evidence-based quality improvement initiatives in government, healthcare, academia, and insurance. Morgan finds inspiration in leveraging epidemiological research findings to build innovative solutions that benefit population health.

Away from work, you're most likely to find Morgan and his wife either exploring the glorious outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, enjoying live music, or discovering the next new enriching experience.
