Knowing that every workers' compensation system is unique, we work with each client to tailor a solution that most effectively prevents long-term work disability while honoring their stakeholders' perspectives and priorities.  

We start by bringing together key stakeholders within the client's jurisdiction to garner support and build consensus around goals and vision. Then we assess opportunities and barriers, design an evidence-based and workable solution, map out a strategy for implementation, and spark positive change throughout the system.

Our goal is to guide the design and implementation of a durable solution for each client that:
    •  improves system efficiencies, costs, and outcomes,
    •  increases the use of evidence-based best practices,
    •  promotes accountability,
    •  broadens capacity for occupational health,
    •  embeds methods for continuous quality improvement,
    •  ensures scalability, and
    •  improves stakeholder satisfaction.
